Our Services

Upon booking or enquiring please​ provide your dogs breed and the service you require, along with any styling requirements (if required). Any known behavioural issues and dislikes associated with grooming would also be very helpful to know, so we can allow extra time if needed.

 

We now require a deposit from all new clients to secure any bookings. This will be a fair percentage of your scheduled grooming price and you will not be booked in until this deposit is paid! If you decide on the day to rebook, your deposit will be rolled onto your next appointment - if you choose NOT to rebook, your deposit will be taken off the total price on the day.

You will receive a reminder message at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment, however it is still your responsibility to turn up for your appointment. With that being said, our cancellation period is 48hrs. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48hrs notice.

*Any cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice, will result in a payment worth 50% of your scheduled appointment.*

*No shows or cancellations on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment and no future bookings will be made until these fees are paid!*

 

When dropping your dog off for their appointment, we will agree on either a collection time or a notice period. If you are late collecting your dog beyond the agreed collection time, a late collection fee will be applied. I will allow a 15 minute grace period but no later - this policy is in place to respect our care and structure that allows us to run our little business smoothly.

We don't knowingly accept dogs with fleas! Please check your dogs for fleas before their appointment - if you find any please message or call to rearrange! *Cancellation fee still applies.* 

If fleas are found on your dog at any point in the groom an additional £10 charge will be applied.

Matting can cause great discomfort by pulling on the skin - leading to irritation, pain, hematomas and even skin infections. Severe matting can restrict movement, make it harder for your dog to regulate their body temperature and even make it difficult when urinating/defecating. The only resolution when a dog is matted is to humanely shave the coat and start again!

*Matting fees start at £5 depending on severity, however if a full clip off and restart is needed an additional cost of £15 will be charged.*
